Is there a self-collection option?

Of course. When you get to the shopping cart, you can choose the option of self-pickup from one of our three branches: the two stores located in Bnei Brak and Beit Shemesh, and of course also from our factory in Tel Aviv.

Is the price on the website the same as the price in the chain's branches?

The prices listed on the site are exclusive to orders placed through the site.

What happens if the product is damaged or does not match the order?

If the product received is defective or does not match the order, the customer will receive a full refund of the amount paid, including shipping fees if paid.

The return of the shoes will be at the expense of the Mi-Tal shoe company.

Do I have to register on the site to place an order?

Registration on the site is not mandatory but highly recommended. By registering on the site, you actually allow us to communicate with you more conveniently, and also allow us to send you exclusive promotions and benefits that can only be redeemed on the site.

I placed an order through the website, when will I receive my order?

Once you make a purchase on the site, your order is received by us and we first verify that the products you purchased are in stock. If they are available, your order will arrive within 3–7 business days.
If the products do not exist but can be produced, the delivery time will be up to 10 business days.
If the products are not in stock and cannot be produced – the order will be canceled and the customer will be refunded the full amount paid, including shipping fees if paid.

What is the policy regarding returns or exchanges of products?

An item must be returned within 7 business days of receipt of the product, along with an invoice and in its original packaging only. The customer will receive a refund for the purchase amount, minus shipping fees.
Replacing shoes or receiving a credit voucher will be possible within 14 business days, with the credit amount being less shipping fees if paid.
The exchange or return will be made at the chain's branches.

Is there a warranty on the shoes?

Warranty on the shoes – 3 months from the date of receipt of the product.

There is no warranty for: shoes on sale with decorations, lacquer, peeling leather, or shoes that have been washed.

Shoes for repair under warranty must be sent through the chain's branches. After the repair, the customer will receive a message to come and pick up the shoes. A complete pair of shoes must be sent - not a single shoe.
